That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. That the construction of the detached accessory building will comply with all applicable Uniform Building Codes. That the proposed use wilFwill not adversely impact traffic in the area. That the proposed use will/will nor be unduly dangerous or otherwise detr/mental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surro.u.nding property. _ That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. That the proposed use will/wilt not be served adequately by l:ublic facilities and services such as highways and streets. That the proposed use will/wi'Il not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 17. That the proposed use will/wilI not involve activities and uses that wilt be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke fames, glare or odors.
