Subd. 6. No part of an accessory building shall e~end into a drainage and <br />utility easement or any required setback, except that accessory buildings may be placed <br />within five (5) feet of a rear property line when no drainage easement is present. <br /> <br /> .... a- For lots one (1) acre or greater in size. the detached accesso~ <br />s~cmre may be located nearer the front prope~ line ~. the principal smcmre <br />provided it maintains compliance with the standard front yard st~cmre setback <br />requirement for the respective zonin~ disthct.
