Before any further development, please <br />address the following issues: <br /> <br />· The plat does not adequately identify Trunk Highway 47 right ofw~y. The final plat should.identify <br /> the right of way by reference to the appropriate plat(s) and in place monuments. The distances from <br /> the centerline and offset dimensions from the centerline to the edge of the plat should also be <br /> identified. <br /> <br />Also, there is a temporary easement on Parcel 1 in the far north_west comer that expires in 12-1-05, <br />and it should be noted that' no work could be done in this .easement area. The proposed development will need to maintain <br />existing drainage rates (i.e., the rate at which stOrm water is discharged from.the site must not <br />increase).
