36. <br /> <br />Violation of Conditions. If the Permittee or its successors or assig2s violates any material <br />term or condition imposed by this Pen'nit, it may be revoked and terminated consistent with <br />applicable law. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />On-Site Inspection. The City reserves the fight to inspect the site fOr the purposes of. <br />examining and copying nonprivileged records; conducting inspections, surveys, <br />investigations, monitoring or sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to <br />the construction, operation and environmental effect of the aluminum processing facility. <br />Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an <br />emergency. City personnal or agents performing the inspection will provide reasonable <br />notice to the Permittee's personnel prior to the time of inspection. <br /> <br />Documents and Plans. Copies of ali documents~ planS or other reports which are required <br />to be supplied to the-MPCA or Anoka County shall also be supp!!ed concurrently to the City <br />at no cost to the City. - <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />Operations. This permit is based on conduct of operations as. described in the Permitte's <br />submittals as follows: <br />A. Site plan dated May 23,2001; and <br />B. Letter from Permit-tee to the Planning Commission dated May 25,2001. <br /> <br />The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />Administrative Costs. All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this <br />Permit shall be the responsibility of the Permit-tee. <br /> <br />41. Contingency.
