All floor plans and elevations shall be <br />drawn to a legible scale and shall include the following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of ali <br />proposed rooms; and <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying exterior' <br />treatment, .material(s), and paint, color. <br /> <br />Final Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the final plat shall be <br />prepared in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />With the final plans, the developer shall sUbmit, for apPrOval by the <br />City, a development schedule for construction of all structures, open <br />space, and recreational facilities. <br /> <br /> Subd. 12. Compliance.
