CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />2.01: Discussion Regarding Implementing Online Benefits <br /> <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher discussed current HR processes, noting the use of Neogov <br />for Core HR, e-forms, onboarding, and recruiting modules. She recommended Plan Source, <br />administered through Integrity Benefits, over Neogov for its cost-effectiveness and better customer <br />service. She highlighted cost savings of $5,760 per year with Integrity Benefits compared with <br />$9,810 for Neogov, and noted additional revenue from QCTV executive director recruitment. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht inquired about Integrity Benefits' cost structure. <br /> <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher indicated the cost would be approximately $4 per <br />employee per month. She emphasized that Integrity Benefits' cost savings compared to Neogov <br />could increase by 5-7% annually. <br /> <br />The Council reached a consensus to select Integrity Benefits for its cost-effectiveness and the value <br />it provides. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session / June 9, 2026 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
