7.1A ORDINANCE <br />Page 7 <br />§43.09 NO CONFLICT WITH RELATED FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, OR MUNICIPAL LAWS, <br />ORDINANCES, AND POLICIES. <br />Except as otherwise stated herein, no provision of this Ordinance is intended nor shall be <br />construed as being in conflict with any federal, State of Minnesota, county or municipal laws, <br />ordinances, rules, regulations, or policies related to the matters to be regulated herein. Further, <br />the obligations and requirements contained in this Ordinance shall be deemed to be in addition <br />to the obligations and requirements contained in any such federal, state county or municipal laws, <br />ordinances, rules, or regulations. <br />§43.10 SEVERABILITY. <br />If any of the parts or provisions of this article or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />the remainder of this article, including the application of such part or provisions to persons or <br />circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby and shall <br />continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this article are severable. <br />Section 2. Effective Date <br />This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and publication. <br />
