CITY PARTNERSHIP REQUEST <br />After continued discussions with the City of Ramsey regarding our request to purchase <br />City -Owned Parcel #47C, Elevate Hope House respectfully seeks the opportunity to acquire the <br />property for $75,000. In conjunction with this request, we are also seeking $300,000 in LAHA <br />funding from the City of Ramsey to support both the purchase of the lot and the phased <br />development of three two -bedroom affordable housing apartment units on the second level. <br />Phase 1 will include the completion of one unit, aligned with the opening of Gather on the first <br />floor in 2027.
