AMENDED <br />187 GRADUATES OF BONA FIDE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS <br />188 IN EACH TRADE OR CRAFT IN WHICII THEIR SERVICES ARE UTILIZED, <br />189 AS EVIDENCED BY THE FACT THAT THE PROGRAM IS REGISTERED <br />190 WITH FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT AND HAS BEEN IN <br />191 CONTINUOUS EXISTENCE FORNO FEWER THAN FIVE (5) YEARS PRIOR <br />192 TO THE PROJECT RELATING TO THE CERTIFICATION. <br />193 <br />194 A. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, A CLASS A APPRENTICESHIP <br />195 PROGRAM IS AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM REGISTERED WITH AND <br />196 APPROVED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OR A STATE <br />197 APPRENTICESHIP AGENCY AND HAS GRADUATED APPRENTICES TO <br />198 JOURNEY PERSON STATUS FOR AT LEAST THREE OF THE PAST FIVE <br />199 YEARS. THIS MAY AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM SUBJECT TO THE <br />200 EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974, 29 U.S.C. § <br />201 1001 ET SEQ. ("ERISA"), OR A NON-ERISA PROGRAM. <br />202 B. TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION, THE FIRM <br />203 SHALL PROVIDE, WITH THIS CERTIFICATION, A LIST OF ALL TRADES <br />204 OR CLASSIFICATIONS OF CRAFT EMPLOYEES IT WILL EMPLOY ON <br />205 THE PROJECT AND DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING IT PARTICIPATES IN <br />206 A CLASS A APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM FOR EACH TRADE OR <br />207 CLASSIFICATION LISTED. <br />208 (11) The firm shall assign workers to perform only work in their respective craft or trade <br />209 for which they have sufficient skills and training, or shall use qualified subcontractors <br />210 to meet this requirement. <br />211 <br />212 (12) The firm shall comply with the wage requirements set forth in Section 2-1101.2(c) of <br />213 this Ordinance. The minimum wage for custom fabrication work shall be the same as <br />214 the wage paid for project work in accordance with each applicable trade or <br />215 classification. <br />216 <br />217 (13) The firm has all other technical qualifications and resources, including equipment, <br />218 personnel and financial resources, to successfully perform the referenced contract and <br />219 shall maintain such capabilities throughout the duration of the project, or will obtain <br />220 same through the use of qualified, responsible subcontractors or vendors <br />221 <br />
