<br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve the fInal site <br />plan for Holiday Stationstores, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter <br />dated November 30, 2006. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Cook, Elvig, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat of Holiday Rivenwick Village; Case of Holiday <br />Stationstores <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler indicated Holiday Stationstores has submitted a request for a minor <br />subdivision in association with the site plan request to construct a new gas station on the <br />southeast comer of Ramsey Boulevard on US Trunk Highway 10. The mii10r subdivision <br />request is to split an existing lot, Lot 2, Block 4, Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition, at the southeast <br />Corner of Ramsey Boulevard and US Trunk Highway 10. The smaller of the two lots would <br />remain vacant until a later date, but would be able to be developed as the B-2 Business District <br />,permits. The larger lot to the west is proposed as the future site of the Holiday Stationstore. <br />Both lots conform to minimum lot depth requirements. All standard easements are taken around <br />the perimeter of both lots. Ms. Geisler advised staff recommends approval of the minor <br />subdivision contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21, <br />2006, and the developer entering into a development agreement, with the City. The Planning <br />COmmission also recommended approval. Staff and the Planning Commission also recommend <br />approval of the fmal plat of Holiday Rivenwick Village; contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff Review Letter dated December 21,2006. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve the minor <br />subdivision for Holiday Rivenwick Village; Case of Holiday Stationstores, contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21, 2006 and the developer <br />entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
