Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Rezone Property from E-l Employment to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD); Case of Saint Andrew's Investment Group, LLC <br /> <br />Community Development' Director Trudgeon explained Saint Andrews Investment Group, LLC <br />is seeking a rezoning to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to accommodate 15 lots on 8 acres for <br />the Northfork Offices Condos site plan and fmal plat that was just approved. A PUD is needed <br />because City Code does not provide standards for lots being developed as common-interest- <br />communities.
