The three, parcels are 16698 Jasper Street, 16 Quartz • <br />Street, and 6920 167' Avenue. . <br />The purpose of the proposed subdivision of these three' parcels is to provide <br />a mechanism whereby Oakwood Land Development, Inc. can deed land to <br />the City of Ramsey for the future east -west collector and to allow. Oakwood <br />Land Development, Inc. to sell the three homes on the subject parcels. <br />The subdivision contemplated herein will not result in new building lots <br />until such time as municipal. sewer and water are available to the area at <br />which time the land remnants. will be combined with other and and platted <br />into new lots. <br />I think it is important that we accomplish the subdivision at this time, in <br />spite of the moratorium, so we can complete the agreed upon land transfers. <br />Si rely <br />Jo Pe erson = • <br />Pre e t <br />
