6. The City Council shall approve, postpone, or disapprove <br />the sketch plan. <br />b. Preliminary Plat and Site Plan <br />1. Requirements for Preliminary Plans <br />i. Preliminary Site Plan. The preliminary site plan <br />shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet, <br />100 feet, or 200 feet. The submission may be <br />composed of one or more sheets and drawings and <br />shall include: <br />aa. Location of all proposed buildings and their <br />proposed uses; <br />bb. Location of driveways and parking areas (all <br />driveways and parking areas must include <br />curbing); <br />CC. Indicate front, side and rear yard setbacks <br />proposed; <br />dd. Indicate square footage and dimensions of <br />all proposed lots; - and; <br />ee. Location of all easements, width and <br />purpose. <br />ii. Landscape Plan. The landscape plan shall be <br />prepared at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet and <br />- shall contain the following information: <br />M. Indicate areas for berming and sodding; <br />bb. Indicate the location of proposed plantings, <br />Identify plant materials; <br />cc. Indicate any existing vegetation; and <br />dd. Indicate any trees to be removed. <br />iii.
