No development shall occur nor shall any building permits be issued for any construction that is not in accord with the approved final plans. Subd. 11 Relationship to Other City Code Sections. The Town Center District is structured to establish a regulatory framework intended to be administered separate from certain sections of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City Code. In order to prevent overlapping development regulations, the following sections of Chapter 9 are not applicable to the Town Center District: 9.11 Standards, 9.12 Signs and 9.20.01 9.20.30 Zoning Districts unless it is determined by the City that provisions from these sections are better suited to address any particular aspect of a development proposal. The provisions contained in Section 9.50 Subdivision, shall regulate land subdivision of the Town Center District. SECTION 3. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #07- has been approved by the City • Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent of this Ordinance to amend the Town Center Zoning District in Chapter Nine of Ramsey City Code to adjust the permitted uses chart and make adjustments to the performance standards, specifically amending the requirements for floor -area -ratio (FAR) and to establish maximum parking regulations. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
