This will give a wonderful opportunity to people. <br />Ms. Stafford stated the biggest difference between Independent Luxury Homes and many <br />builders is that they are not trying to take away from builders creating handicap accessible <br />homes; they are just trying to change the way people realize they can live. They encourage all <br />builders to do this. There will be an option to lease these homes in an affordable way. The <br />choices in the current environment for parents and grandparents are very expensive, and this is a <br />way to change the outlook.
