Continue storm water inspection system and prioritize corrections as <br />necessary. <br />2. Continue street maintenance performance evaluation program for seal coating <br />and overlay projects utilizing the street rating program with Engineering and <br />P W staff. <br />3. Final upgrades to metal building (floor drains). <br />4. Formalize policy for private streets /walk/trail clearing. <br />5. Prioritize /document walk and trail maintenance service including hydrant <br />clearing. <br />6. Continue educating residents on plowing process and staking policy. (On- <br />going) <br />7. Create a zone map for exercising water utility valves in preparation of <br />dividing the task seasonally. <br />3. Create a plan to bring meter reading and billing process in- house. <br />4.
