NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City <br />Council hereby approves of vacating the following: <br />The drainage and utility easements as dedicated on the recorded plat of SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying over, under, and across that part of Lot 1, <br />Block 2, said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK ADDITION, lying northerly of the southerly <br />lines of Lot 1, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, said Anoka <br />County, and Bract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251, said Anoka County; <br />Together with: <br />All those drainage and utility easements as dedicated on the recorded plat of SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying over, under, and across <br />Lot 1, Block 1, said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION <br />Together with: <br />That part of the drainage and utility easements lying over, under, and across Lot 3, Block 1, as <br />dedicated on the recorded plat of said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, <br />that lies northerly of the southerly line of Tract B, Registered LAND SURVEY NO. 252, said <br />Anoka County. <br />(See Attached Easement Vacation Exhibit). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of July, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #26-151 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
