Ordinance #26-11 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />(4) A managed natural landscape that has less than 75% of the area consisting of native or <br />intentionally planted plants, per the City -approved management plan, three years after <br />establishment , shall be deemed failed and shall: <br /> <br />a. Require a new approved management plan; or <br />b. Be returned to an acceptable groundcover subject to the nuisance s tandards <br />outlined in Chapter 30. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #26-11 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />“Chapter 30 (Nuisance Code) has been amended to include several new definitions and Chapter <br />106 (Zoning Code) has been amended to specify minimum standards pertaining to managed natural <br />landscapes.” <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
