Proposed Code Amendments for the COR Framework Development Standards <br />Section 106-105. — Definitions. <br />Build -to line means the line at which construction of maximum horizontal distance <br />between a building facade is to occur on a and lot line or other distinguished area, such <br />as a balcony or a decorative wall.
