<br />Environmental Policy Board / May 11, 2026 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Board Member Hagerty stated that compost bins could also be good, noting that he has also learned <br />more about the rain barrel catchers since being on the Board. <br /> <br />Senior Planner Anderson stated that they could also discuss organics recycling, as they have the <br />drop-off program and a new curbside option for organics. He stated that it would tie into the <br />farmers' market and food waste, noting that they could have starter kits available. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fetterley stated that once they have a date selected, they could better focus on the <br />topics for the event. <br /> <br />Board Member Payne noted he recently discovered the Adopt-A-Spot program, and perhaps they <br />could share information on that program as well. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fetterley commented that she will not be present at the June meeting. <br /> <br />7.
