NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves of vacating the following: <br />The drainage and utility easements as dedicated on the recorded plat of SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying over, under, and across that part of Lot <br />1, Block 2, said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK ADDITION, lying northerly of the <br />southerly lines of Lot 1, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, <br />said Anoka County, and Bract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251, said Anoka <br />County; <br />Together with: <br />All those drainage and utility easements as dedicated on the recorded plat of SUNFISH <br />LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying over, under, <br />and across Lot 1, Block 1, said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION <br />Together with: <br />That part of the drainage and utility easements lying over, under, and across Lot 3, Block 1, <br />as dedicated on the recorded plat of said SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD <br />ADDITION, that lies northerly of the southerly line of Tract B, Registered LAND SURVEY <br />NO. 252, said Anoka County. <br />(See Attached Easement Vacation Exhibit). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Heineman <br />Councilmember Peters <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Buscher <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Stewart <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />Resolution #26-151 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
