2. Due to sanitary sewer access of the eastern building going through the western building, <br />the property may not be subdivided unless the eastern building is directly connected to a <br />municipal sanitary sewer main. The two structures may be leased separately. <br />3. The exterior building materials and colors must generally match for a coordinated <br />appearance. <br />C. A development agreement outlining site sureties and construction standards must be signed prior <br />to obtaining building permits. <br />D.
