ABOUT THE AUTHORS <br />Jake ScnwitJake senwitz is the Executive Director of North Star Policy Action. He leads North <br />Star Policy Action's research and communications initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Political <br />Science from American University. <br />;,. ranco is the Research Manager for LIUNA Minnesota & North Dakota. He holds a <br />Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, a M.A. of Philosophy from the <br />University of Oslo and a B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University.
