5. 9. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />08/10/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-180 Approving the First Amendment to the Trott Brook Crossing Third Addition Development <br />Agreement <br />Purpose/Background: <br />When the Development Agreement for Trott Brook Crossing 3rd Addition was approved last year, a provision was made to <br />set aside one specific lot for a long-term temporary driveway to provide access to the parcel to the north. It has since been <br />determined that the parcel that will be used for this access is actually across the lot to the east.
