Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-177 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />"WATERFRONT VILLAGE 3RD ADDITION" <br />WHEREAS, Centra North LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the property generally located between Bunker Lake Boulevard and Ramsey Parkway NW, <br />west of Zeolite Street NW, and legally described as: <br />Lots 1-10 (inclusive), Block 1, Waterfront Village 3" Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 1 — 6 (inclusive), Block 2, Waterfront Village 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 1— 9 (inclusive), Block 3, Waterfront Village 3" Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 1— 7 (inclusive), Block 4, Waterfront Village 3" Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Outlots A, B, C, D, E, and F, Waterfront Village 3' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #24-041 approving the Preliminary Plat and Site <br />Plan on February 13, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />of Waterfront Village 3" Addition, a 32-lot phase of the overall approved preliminary plat, on February 24, <br />2026, through Resolution #26-062; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting a revision to the required sureties in the Development <br />Agreement based on favorable bids. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby <br />approves the revised Development Agreement for Waterfront Village 3' Addition and authorizes the Mayor <br />and City Administrator to sign it. <br />
