Community Development Director Hanson presented Ordinance #26-15, amending Chapter 22, <br />Fire Prevention and Protection. <br />Motion by Councilmember Buscher, seconded by Councilmember Peters, to Adopt Ordinance <br />#26-15 Amending Chapter 22 — Fire Prevention and Protection. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Buscher aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Olson aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Peters aye <br />Mayor Heineman aye <br />Motion carried. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Hagen announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Specht highlighted Party in the Park scheduled for August 11 before the <br />Farmers Market. He noted that activities would begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until <br />approximately 6:30 p.m., with the Farmers Market beginning at 3:00 p.m. He encouraged <br />residents to vote in the primary election and then enjoy the family activities at the park. <br />Councilmember Peters reminded residents that registration was open for the upcoming Ramsey <br />Happy Days 5K. <br />9.
