City Clerk Schmidt reviewed the staff report and provided a summary of the Primary Election <br />and its results. <br />Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Stewart, to accept and declare <br />the results of the August 11, 2026 Primary Election. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Stewart Aye <br />Councilmember Buscher Aye <br />Councilmember Riley Aye <br />Councilmember Specht Aye <br />Motion carried. <br />5.
