(2) Convenience store with motor fuel sales/car wash. in the COR-2b and subdistrict use under the <br />following conditions: In the COR-2b and COR-3 subdistricts, convenience stores as a principal use with <br />motor fuel sales/car wash as an accessory use are allowed under the following conditions: <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #26-17 has been approved by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: <br />“Ordinance #26-17 updates the Principal Use Table in Section 106-621 updating various uses that are <br />permitted, conditional, and not permitted in the COR zoning districts and clarifies performance standards <br />for convenience stores in Section 106-625(2).” <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
