3. 1. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 09/08/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Title: <br />Presentation Proclaiming September 17-23, 2026 as Constitution Week <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: To proclaim September 17-23 as Constitution Week. <br />Background: For several years, upon the request of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), the City <br />Council proclaimed September 17-23 as Constitution Week. Staff has received such a request, and Mayor <br />Heineman has been asked to read the proclamation aloud, as well as present a signed copy to June Anderson, a <br />representative of DAR.
