<br />. <br /> <br />Economic Development <br />Environmental Protection/Resource Management <br />Community Identity <br />Public Facilities <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Deliverable: Draft Comprehensive Plan Chapters <br /> <br />3.5: Draft Plan Task Force Topic Meetings <br />We will facilitate five topic meetings with the Task Force where we will focus on selected chapters of the plan - one, two, or <br />three chapters per meeting - to be determined in discussion with City staff. This will allow the Task Force time to concentrate on <br />each area separately before making recommendations on the entire plan. <br /> <br />3.6: Revise Draft Plan <br />Based on Task Force and City staff comments we will revise the Draft Plan for presentation to the Community Open House, <br />Planning Commission, and City Council. <br /> <br />3.7: Community Open House <br />We will facilitate a community Open House meeting where members of the community can review and discuss the Draft Plan in <br />an informal setting. The meeting will be set up with maps, plans, and selected information arranged on boards and Power Point <br />presentations. City staff and consultants will make a brief presentation and be available to answer questions and discuss the <br />features of the plan. <br /> <br />3.8: PC/CC Workshop Meetings - Draft Plan <br />We will facilitate two joint Planning Commission and City Council Workshops to review the Draft Plan and revise the plan based <br />on comments received. <br /> <br />Phase 4: Final Plan <br />4.1: City Council Meeting - Final Plan <br />We will attend a City Council meeting for adoption of the plan, contingent on Metropolitan Council review. <br /> <br />4.2: Metropolitan Council Submission <br />We will prepare the necessary forms and materials to submit the plan for review by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />4.3: Metropolitan Council staff meeting <br />We will meet with Met Council staff to review the plan materials and discuss pertinent issues or revisions. <br /> <br />4.4: Metropolitan Council Development Review Committee meeting <br />We will attend the Met Council Development Review Committee meeting on behalf of the City to gain approval of the plan. <br /> <br />4.5: Metropolitan Council Meeting - Final Plan <br />We will attend a Met Council meeting for final plan approval. <br /> <br />4.6: City Council Meeting - Final Approved Plan <br />We will attend a City Council meeting for final adoption of the plan, after Metropolitan Council approval. <br /> <br />4.7: Prepare Final Plan Document <br />Based on the City Council's final approval we will prepare paper and electronic copies of the Final Plan as requested in the RFP. <br /> <br />-1 0 8 eLJbfic Sector - no design or construction <br /> <br />A-4 <br />
