PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on February 13, <br />2003, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Chairperson Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Jon Olds <br />Commissioner Steve Ostrum <br />Commissioner Michael Rolfe <br />Commissioner Melody Shryock <br />None <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Johns called the Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Olds to approve the Park and <br />Recreation Commission revised meeting agenda for the meeting dated February 13, 2003 as <br />presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Ostrum, Olds, LaMere, Rolfe, <br />and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br />Commissioner Ostrum stated on page one, the last meeting was not a joint meeting. <br />Commissioner Shryock noted page 4, four lines from the bottom and asked if there would be <br />sidewalks in the cottages.
