Another minor change is that a Public <br />Hearing unique to the Parks CIP will not be scheduled. <br />There was no discussion for this item. <br />Case #3: Receive Section #5 of the Master Trail Plan <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood explained the purpose of this case is to discuss revisions to <br />the draft text and format so that desired changes may be forwarded to the consultant hired to <br />organize this project. <br />Commissioner Olds noticed a few changes in this section, same with section four. <br />Chairperson Johns stated she noticed there were a few errors in this section. One was a <br />typographical error and the other was a different font. She liked that they referenced County <br />Road 116. <br />Commissioner LaMere stated on the headings, there were not spaces on some of them. <br />Illustrated Graphics, Figure V. <br />The other Commissioners stated theirs looked ok. It was noted this may have been his computer. <br />Commissioner Olds stated on the second page of chapter four, they had added photos and some <br />of the wording had changed. He expressed his desire for more pictures. <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated they will still be looking at the standards for <br />changes and when they receive the entire document, they will look at this as a whole for <br />readability and connectivity. <br />Commissioner Ostrum stated it is nice to be receiving something finally. <br />Chairperson Johns stated she liked this format compared to previous copies. <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated there is a resident who would be willing to take <br />pictures for the trail plan. <br />Commissioner Olds stated he thought any of the pictures in this document, should be photos of <br />Ramsey or what they would like to see in Ramsey. <br />Case 4: Appoint a Park Liaison to the Environmental Policy Task Force <br />Chairperson Johns stated they have a volunteer already and she wanted to appoint Commissioner <br />Olds to the position.
