PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />December 4, 2003 at the Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Chairperson Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Mark Lehman <br />Commissioner Jon Olds <br />Commissioner Steve Ostrum <br />Commissioner Melody Shyrock <br />Also Present: Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Johns called the regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission to order at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Shyrock, to approve the Park and <br />Recreation agenda moving Case #2 to the top of the agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Ostrum, Shyrock, LaMere, <br />Lehman, and Olds. Voting No: one. <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Olds, seconded by Commissioner LaMere, to approve the following <br />Park and Recreation Commission Regular Meeting Minutes: <br />1) Park and Recreation Commission Regular Meeting Minutes dated November 13, <br />2003 <br />Park and Recreation Commission/December 4, 2003 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
