Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood recommended that the Commission schedule a work <br />session to discuss some of the items at length. <br />Mr. Chmielewski inquired if the Commission felt it was important to include the maps pertinent <br />to where the public meeting zones were and incorporating all of the public comments received <br />during those public meetings. <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood recommended that they highlight the action items of the <br />public meetings and include a basic map identifying the four meeting zones. <br />Mr. Chmielewski agreed. In addition he suggested that they include full trail map on a 8 �/2 x 11 <br />sheet of paper at the end of the section. <br />Commissioner Shyrock inquired if they will have a map with all the detail they want on it when <br />the document is completed. <br />Mr. Chmielewski explained that they can always produce a large map for staff or Commission <br />use, but he would not recommend incorporating such a large map into the document. <br />Commissioner Ostrum noted that he would like to see 8 1/ x 11 maps of each of the quarter <br />sections as well to provide more detail. <br />Mr. Chmielewski agreed. <br />The Commission discussed where the funding options should be included within the document <br />and it was determined that possible funding sources should be separate from the description of <br />the trail projects. <br />Mr. Chmielewski presented the Commission with a timeline for completing the document. <br />Case #3: Park Dedication for Rivenwick Village <br />Motion by Commissioner Shyrock, seconded by Commissioner Ostrum, to table action. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Shyrock, Ostrum, LaMere, <br />Lehman, and Olds.
