CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />09/08/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-211 Approving the Final Plat of COR Seven <br />5. 15. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The proposed minor plat of COR Seven is subdividing two City -owned parcels into one buildable lot for <br />Scooter's Coffee (the conditional use permit review is elsewhere on this agenda) and three outlots. Outlot A is <br />for the shared access roadway shared between O'Reilly, Casey's, and Scooter's, as well as potential future users to <br />the south. Outlot B will be resubdivided at the time of a future development proposal as well as defining the <br />southern edge of the future Veteran's Drive right-of-way.
