Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #26-211 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF “COR SEVEN” WHEREAS, Daniel and Natalie DeWey of Harlow Beckett Enterprises and hereafter referred to as the “Applicant,” have properly applied for a Final Plat (Minor Plat) approval of the City of Ramsey-owned property generally located west of Ramsey Boulevard NW and south of Sunwood Drive NW on property legally described as: Outlot A, Caseys Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and Outlot A, Java Auto Parts, Anoka County, Minnesota (the ‘Subject Property’); and WHEREAS, the Subject Property is guided Mixed Use in the City’s adopted 2040 Comprehensive Plan and zoned COR-3 Workplace Subdistrict; WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to the COR-3 Zoning District standards; WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of COR Seven on September 8, 2026. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for COR Seven, subject to the following: A. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the plat. B. An access easement prepared by the City Attorney must be signed and recorded with the plat. C. A development agreement shall be required outlining development fees associated with Lot 1, Block 1 that are the responsibility of the Applicant. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heineman Councilmember Peters Councilmember Olson Councilmember Buscher Councilmember Riley Councilmember Specht Councilmember Stewart
