This project proposes to mill and overlay all bituminous pavement on US <br />Highway 10 from east of Armstrong Boulevard in the City of Ramsey to west of Edison Street in the City <br />of Elk River, and to construct restricted crossing intersection (RCI) modifications (aka J-turns), ADA <br />compliant extensions and upgrades to the pedestrian trail south of Highway 10, and miscellaneous <br />drainage improvements. <br />Information on this and other MnDOT construction projects, plans and studies is available on MnDOT's <br />website @ , Wp...s..L www,.o „stateJflp.:. use, oadvvou;Lidndex„h... gsc.tab .G .
