Mayor Heineman recessed the open Work Session at 8:34 p.m., to allow the City Council to meet <br />in closed session. <br />Mayor Heineman reconvened the open Work Session at 9:12 p.m. <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher reported that the City Council met in closed session to <br />receive a status update on negotiations with all City unions. Council directed staff to continue <br />negotiations and bring the patrol and crime data analyst agreements forward for adoption at the <br />next City Council meeting. <br />3.
