Karon said she knew the ID looked different, but continued with the sale. <br />Karon provided me back my $20 bill from her till. I returned Karon's change of the sale back to her. I told <br />Karon I would be keeping the Marlboro cigarettes for evidence. I educated Karon and showed her a <br />visual print off reminding her a vertical ID means the person is under 21 years of age. I explained and <br />issued Karon her petty misdemeanor citation selling tobacco to an individual under 21 years of age. <br />A photo of 's MN driver's license, photo of the sales receipt, and the $20 bills used for the <br />sale are uploaded to axon.com.
