At the hearing, you may be represented by counsel or another person of your choosing and <br />will be given the opportunity to be heard and present evidence. <br />If no hearing is requested, the City Council will proceed with the administrative enforcement <br />process without a hearing. <br />If the violation is determined to have occurred, this will constitute the licensee's first violation <br />under City Code § 26-751(b)(1) and Minn. Stat. § 461.12, subd. 2.
