5. 6. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />09/22/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-209 Approving a Development Agreement for LH Road LLC (Wildlife Research) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Over the past several months, the City Council has reviewed and approved several aspects of the complicated Wildlife <br />Research expansion project. The last approval step is the Development Agreement. The proposed Agreement is standard in <br />form.
