CITY OF RAMSEY, MINiNESOTA ANNUAI- r';UDGET <br />'o'R- <br />Account No. -4956 <br />Park Administrative Trust Fund <br />Background :Sub paragraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph 170.038F of City <br />subdivision Code which establish l'iow the City will receive <br />money in this fund and how the City will spend these dedi- <br />cated funds. <br />Presently, tlie City is not adhering 'co th-'= policy that has <br />been established and this could cause serious problems now <br />or in the future if the situation is allowed to continue. <br />Consequently, I am recommending that commencing January 1, <br />1979, the City establish the Park Adrriinistrative Trust Fund <br />and.that all monies due to this fund be restored to it ex- <br />cept those monies that were spent in accordance with the <br />above referenced City Code. <br />Council <br />ActrorxTo-Will be to adopt resol'ution establisliing Park Administrative <br />Trust Fund effective January 1, 1979 And to restore all <br />monies that rightfully belong in this fund except those that <br />were spent in accordance with the above Code. <br />-93-
