GENERAL FUND <br />It should be noted that the proposed General Fund Core Budget for 1982 was <br />proposed at $825,295 as to the 1981 budget of $936,662 which amounted to <br />approximately a $111,367 decrease. However, this proposed 1981 General Fund <br />Budget did not recognize any additional needs of the City.
