Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION //81-141 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1982 TAX LEVY COLLECTABLE IN 1983 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,.CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be levied for the current <br />year (collectable in 1983) upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: <br />GENERAL LEVY <br />1) General Fund <br />2) Parks and Recreation Fund <br />$677,279 <br />50,550 <br />TOTAL LEVY SUBJECT TO LEVY LIMITATION $727,839 <br />SPECIAL LEVY <br />1) General Obligation Improvement Bonds $ 9,840 <br />of 1979/City Share <br />2) General Obligation Improvement Bonds 1,915 <br />of 1979/City Share <br />3) Public Officials' Liability Insurance 2,045 <br />4) General Fund Tax Abatements During 1981 12,272 <br />5) Parks and Recreation Fund Tax Abatements 690 <br />during 1981 <br />6) General Fund Unfunded PERA <br />a) Basis 700 <br />b) Coor 2,655 <br />7) Parks and Recreation Unfunded PERA <br />a) Coor 215 <br />TOTAL LEVIES SUBJECT TO LEVY LIMITATION ,$ 30,332 <br />TOTAL LEVY $758,161 <br />The City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor, Anoka County, State of Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon,, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers, Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox 610 <br />and the following voted against the same: OJ AG0b <br />None <br />VII <br />
