Councilmember Buscher introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-232 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS SATISFIED AND <br />AUTHORIZING RELEASE FROM PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, it has been requested to release properties from two completed Development <br />Agreements associated with the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Document Number 271979.1 – Deal Industrial Park <br />Lots, 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, and Outlot A, DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Document Number 303957.0 – Deal Commercial Center <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, DEAL COMMERCIAL CENTER, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described properties are encumbered, in whole or in part, <br />by the above-described development agreements (the “Development Agreements”) for past <br />projects; <br />WHEREAS, the City is declaring the Development Agreements satisfied with respect to the <br />properties described above; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Development Agreements will remain on the titles of the affected <br />properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request to release these Development <br />Agreements from their respective properties on October 13, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Development Agreements referenced above are deemed satisfied on their respective <br />properties and may be released. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />
