<br />s< <br /> <br /><> <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 2075822 <br /> <br />1;:'0'[",1"'";"4 fi !\ i '_I ~ <br />ll{Cv U 0 ~\J ~~.) <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />1998229.019 <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-07-204 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CUL-DE-SAC <br />LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF AMBER RIDGE 2ND ADDITION AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, E&G Development, LLC, (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance <br />from the maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 3(g) on the property <br />generally located east ofT.H. #47 and south of l4ih Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot B, Amber Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 10, 2006, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul- <br />de-sac length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #00769, a variance to the 600-foot limit on the length of cul- <br />de-sacs, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 3(g) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby <br />granted for the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. The variance allows for the extension of Argon Street N.W., terminating in a permanent <br />cul-de-sac, for a maximum length of 1,200 feet, as measured from the origin at the <br />intersection of l4ih Lane N.W. to the end of the right-of-way of the cul-de-sac bulb. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br />
