x01 Councilirerber Cox introduced the following resolution and roved or its adoption: RESOLUTION 185-186 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1985 MID -YEAR BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO THE 1985 ANNUAL CITY BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's Council Budget Committee has reviewed the contents of the 1985 rid -year budget amendments (over and under) to the City's of Ramsey's 1985 annual City budget which was forwarded to Council for their review and action. The Budget Committee recommended that the proposed 1985 budget amendments be adopted; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received the 1985 mid -year • budget airendrents (over and under) to the City of Ramsey's 1985 annual City budget which was adopted by the Ramsey City Council on December 18, 1984 which is on file at the Ramsey Municipal Center. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA CO=NTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby approves of the 1985 rid -year budget amendments to the City of Rarsey's 1985 annual City budget as shown in enclosure CO to this resolution. 2) That it is directed that a certified copy of this resolution be made a part of the original 1985 City budget. 3) That it is further directed that the City Finance Officer be furnished a Dopy of this resolution. It is also directed that the Finance Officer take appropriate action on this document. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Heitman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilrerbers Cox, Sorteberg, Reirann and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rarsey City Council this the 24th day of September, 19 f ATTEST: str-tor Clerk Mayor I hereby acknowledge receipt of this resolution: Finan. •' firer
