Councilmember Cox introduced the tollowing resolution and movea__aa__._ _.(:-- <br />tor its adoption: <br />RESCGUTION 1185-115 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN GENERAL FUND FOR <br />AIRPORT a:MMISSION PUBLIC HEARING <br />WHEREAS, the Airport Master Plan Agreement between tne <br />City of Ramsey and Hakanaon Anderson ASsociates, Inc. does <br />provide tor three public hearing meetings in Phase lb of this <br />contract whicn are reimburaeable items as toiloos: <br />City's share 20% <br />States share 80% <br />WHEREAS, the Airport Commission has requested that this <br />required public nearing be held on August 21, 1985; <br />WHEREAS, these public nearing costs will be <br />reimburseable at the percentage stated above. <br />WHEREAS, it is requested that the Ramsey City Council <br />approve or the tollowing budget amendment to cover tnese costs: <br />Transter $600.00 General Fund <br />Line Item 101-8920-43199 <br />accounts: <br />$375.00 to General Fund <br />101-1116-43022 and <br />$225.00 to General Fund <br />101-1116-43059 <br />Unallocated Activity <br />to the toilowing <br />Airport Activity <br />Airport Activity <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />R1 MSEY, ANON, MUNN, STATE OF MINNES'OTA, as tollows: <br />tollaws: <br />1) That the transter or tunas is hereby approved as <br />Transter $600 A General Fund Unallocated Activity <br />Line Ite 0I�-)8920-43199 to the tollowing <br />accounts: <br />C1375.00 to General Fund Airport Activity <br />01-1116-43022-and <br />$225.00 to General Fund Airport Activity <br />''101= 116-43059 <br />2) That it is directed that the Accounting Department, <br />be turnisned a copy or said resolution tor their records to make <br />the appropriate entries to retlect this amendment in tne 1985 <br />City Budget. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
