1"i <br />Councilmember Sorteberg Introduced the tollowing resolution and moved.-,, <br />tor its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION *85-114 �. f cr..n <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council nas approved Mr. Peter <br />R. Raatikka or Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to do a study <br />on the grade cnange on the intersection of Azurite Street and <br />C. S.A.H. 15; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council nas approved the <br />project and ordered bids be taken tor this improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, there are no runds provided by tne 1985 Street <br />Budget in line item 101-3311-45230 to cover these costs; and <br />WHEREAS, it is requested that tne Ramsey City Council <br />approve or the tollowing budget amendment to cover these costs: <br />Transfer $14,000 from 101-8920-43199 Unallocated <br />to 101-3311-45230 Street Maintenance <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, SPATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the transfer of tunds is hereby approved as <br />follows:' <br />Trar.: er $14,000 from 101-t920-43199 Unallocated <br />t. 01- 311-45230 Street Maintenance <br />2) That it is directed that the Accounting Department, <br />Street Department, Director or Tecnnical Services and City <br />Engineer be furnished a copy or said resolution tor tneir <br />records.
