Unless you recognize
the sender and know the content, DO NOT dick any links or open attachments..
Hello again,
Here are the required rabies documents for Yikes, Sprocket, and Sparky. As you can see, Elvis
is not currently up to date, as he is older and has several health conditions. Instead of the
vaccination, he gets a titer stating he should still be covered from prior vaccinations. I have
also included a note from his veterinarian stating her professional opinion "that it is not
recommended to vaccinate this dog at this time." Please let me know if there is anything else
you need.
Thank you!
Tiffani and Mike
From: Adam Martin <amartin@cityoframseymn.gov>
Sent: Monday, September 21, 2026 8:50 AM
To: Tiffani Flaws
Cc: Kalia Lor <KLor@cityoframseymn.gov ; Katie McNally <KMcN4ally@c!tyoframseymn.gov>
Subject: RE: 15591 Iodine St NW - Private Kennel License Application
Hi Tiffani!
Thank you for the thorough description and for providing pictures of your photogenic pups! I forgot
to send you the exact section of code that applies to private kennel licenses (Section 10-60, which
can be accessed directly at the following link:
httns://Iibrarv.municode.com/mn/ramsey/codes/code of ordinances?
nodeld=PTIICOOF C111OAN ARTI[STRF 51 J- 3PRKELI). With these regulations, the inspection is only
for the exterior of the property, including all outdoor areas where the dogs are regularly kept and
maintained. Essentially, this would just be your fenced -in backyard where the dogs exercise and
relieve themselves. We will not need to inspect the interior of your home — my apologies on the
miscommunication there! We also won't need to inspect the path you walk/run your dogs along in
the neighborhood —the license is specific to your property.
